Q. When will my order ship out?
A. Your Floral Gift Box will ship out or will be delivered within 1-2 business days after you place your order. We can also accommodate the shipping date to your specific needs.
Q. How can I track my delivery?
A. Once your Floral Box has been picked up and scanned by the courier, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link that will direct you to the most up-to-date tracking details.
Q. What courier do you use to ship the floral boxes?
A. Currently, we are using USPS as our preferred courier.
Q. Can I cancel an order after placed it?
A. Willow and Roses sells perishable goods, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or offer any refunds.

Q. Are all the preserved flowers in the Floral Boxes identical?
A. Preserved flowers are made from fresh flowers, therefore each of them, like in nature, are slightly different in size, shape, colors and conditions. Actual colors are slightly different from printed catalogue or as on screen. Our roses don't have any scent.
Q. Are Willow and Roses Floral Boxes mass produced?
A. No, our work is Artisanal. Each Floral Box is designed and put together by hand and personalized with a handwritten card/message.
Q. Can I add a special note to be included in my order/gift
A. Yes, It'll be our pleasure to add your message written on a beautifully designed card and send it with your gift box. **Make sure to write your message at checkout**
Q. Can I add water to preserved flowers?
A. No, water will ruined them. Please read the CARE section on our homepage to learn how to take care of your flowers. We'll include a CARE CARD with your Floral Box.
Q. Do you offer Local Delivery?
A. Yes, we have "No Contact" Local delivery available.
Q. Do you accept custom orders for special events?
A. Yes, we are up to the challenge! : )
